Description: We are proud to introduce into our foundation herd MFI Peruvian Alma Mater.

This girl is one of a kind! She displays a bright crimpy fleece with fineness and density on a perfectly built frame with straight lines, great conformation and a head many breeders dream of. She is sired by the great Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah and comes from a potpouri of great genetics including Bueno, Jericho, Dakotia, Don Julio, Donovan and Augusto.

Jeremiah won in 2008 Herdsire of the Year in Both Light and Dark, he also went on to win again as the 2009 Herdsire of the Year.

This is the first time a single herdsire has won this prestigious award at The Futurity in both classes in a single year, and he went on to win Herdsire of the Year again in '09!

The most advanced alpaca fleece I've seen anywhere in the world"…these are words a famous international judge used to describe Jeremiah's elite bundling fleece, and these comments have been echoed by other senior judges. "Closest to merino I've ever seen" is another comment frequently heard. Jeremiah has won nine championships, Judges Choice, and Best Crimp awards under some of the best judges in the world in the toughest competition in the world.

Jeremiah is a son of MFI Peruvian Jericho, who is already a legend, with offspring at Magical Farms alone having won over 82 championships and 236 ribbons, mostly first place. Jericho is co-owned by Flying Pony Alpacas and Magical Farms.

Jeremiahs first offspring have already won numerous championships for Magical Farms and Majestic Meadows in colors from black to white!!! Jeremiah does it again! 2010 Dark Herdsire of the Year! And again 2011 Dark Herdsire of the Year! That's 4 years in a row. Yup we are excited.

UPDATE: Alma has given us a gorgeous brown female. Such a great match we are doing it again. Alma has once again been bred to Lancaster for a 2012 cria. Watch for updates on Peruvian American Honey. Honey is so nice we are holding on to her for awhile.
