We are brokering Mellow for her new owners Suzanne & Ty Payne. They are very motivated sellers so this is your opportunity to own a proven female with a rose grey cria by side for a more than reasonable price.

This is a beautiful daughter sired by CPeruvian Jaxon. - Jaxon's Mellow Maiden is a 1/2 Peruvian proven light fawn female. Mellow has nice coverage down her legs, and has fleece on her toes. She has the most wonderful disposition and is very easy to handle. She breeds very easily on the first try and is a wonderful mother. She births unassisted and always has beautiful healthy cria. She is our farm favorite. She is the daughter of one of the most sought after herdsires in the last importation of 1998 CPeruvian Jaxon.

Mellow does everything at her own pace which is slow. She meanders everywhere she goes. The perfect beginner alpaca or for a seasoned breeder who is looking for the CPeruvian Jaxon line.

Mellow has just given birth to a beautiful 24.5lb Rose Grey Male, sired by Crescent Moon's Relanpago. Relanpago is a gorgeous Light Rose Grey Male sired by Crescent Moon's Rayo Del Sol. What great genetics on this little guy.

Mellow is being sold with her cria and has been bred to ASP Lancaster's Aslan (Color Champ) for a August 2011 cria. That's 3 alpacas for this low price.

Current owner only wants 1 alpaca since they agist. Mellow was given in trade to her current owners from another client who had fence work done. They are just trying to recover the cost of their labor. This is a nice proven female easy to handle and breed. She is worth more than this price.

It is a well known fact throughout the alpaca industry that the 98 import was the last, and most strict of imports. Each alpaca had to fulfill a strenuous amount of scrutiny.
Gingersnap came through with flying colors. She is conformationally correct, with beautiful lines. She is a good mother- she breeds and births easily.
Take note of Gingersnap's testing numbers. For a girl her age, it is amazing to still have an SD under 5 and a CV 16.4! This girl will improve your herd potential or be an excellent start to your foundation herd.

If pictures are worth a thousand words take a look at Jaxon. I've got yearlings that don't look as good as this seasoned stud!

History: Peruvian Jaxon was one of the most sought after herdsires in the last importation of 1998. This legend hails from the Macasani Co-Op region of Peru, known for their unequalled production of elite fiber and top end colored huacayas. This is the co-op featuring high end Alianza genetics, producing high demand royal baby fine fiber with the co-ops clip being 100% purchased by the Peruvian fiber mills.

Jaxon has proven his genotype breeding value by consistently producing ribbon winning offspring, well over 130 so far, all which closely resemble their sire. His progeny all display his distiguished presence and stunning head. Jaxon's fiber at age 14 is still showing luster and crimp, amazing! (A trait very worthy of breeding consideration for increased longevity value of any fleece.) This is a very strong factor for us when choosing our pro
